Charge rules
Petak lets each spot carry the way you actually let it. Fixed rent is only one line; the rest can follow the site and the market.
Base rent
Use a fixed amount for a recurring letting charge. It can be billed even when the spot also has a turnover share, power, day count or adjustment.
Turnover share with a cap
Set a percentage and a maximum amount. Petak applies the percentage to the declared turnover, then stops at the cap. For example, 8% of 50,000 is 4,000; with a 3,000 cap, the line is 3,000. The turnover must be declared before the bill can have a total.
Power and day pitches
A metered power line is the current reading minus the previous reading, multiplied by the rate. A day pitch uses its rate and the number of days. Both inputs remain inspectable on the spot.
Late fees and discounts
Add a one-off late fee as a positive adjustment or a discount as a negative adjustment. The adjustment is for the current period and is cleared when the period closes.
