The number is never guessed
A bill waiting on an unread meter shows no total. Petak tells you exactly what it is waiting for, then adds the reading to the same bill as base rent and every other charge.
The finished bill can carry a payment code with the amount already inside it.

Use the rule that fits
Base rent, a share of turnover with a cap, metered power, day pitches, late fees and discounts all belong on the same spot. A missing input leaves the total blank and names what is missing.

Put the amount in the code
PromptPay, QRIS, Pix, VietQR or KHQR can carry the exact amount. Use your own banking-app code elsewhere, then credit a forwarded slip by its bank reference.

The collection round shows what remains, a close files the period, and the ledger carries the unpaid balance forward without losing the history.

Market stalls, parking bays and storage cages use the same plan, collection round and payment sheet. Only the identifying details change.
No account or server
The book lives on the device and in the owner's own iCloud. There is no Petak account, no Petak server and nothing to sign in to.

No silent zero
A bill waiting on an unread meter or undeclared turnover has no total at all. It says what input is missing.
No double credit
Credit a forwarded slip by its bank reference. The same reference cannot be credited twice.

PromptPay, QRIS, Pix, VietQR, KHQR or your own banking-app code can sit beside the bill, with the amount embedded wherever the rail supports it.
A period that can close
Close the collection period only after the plan tells you what remains due; the ledger keeps the history and carries the balance forward.
