The Excel export
When the book needs to leave the app — for an accountant, a partner or your own records — Pro builds an Excel workbook of it.

Letnook builds the file for the current period and opens the share sheet. Save it to Files, mail it, or open it in Excel or Numbers.
What is inside
| Sheet | What it lists |
|---|---|
| Spaces | Every space: kind, zone, status, tenant, contact, lease dates, documents, total. |
| Bills | This period's bills, one column per charge, with paid, reference and date settled. |
| History | Every closed period for every space. |
| Periods | Billed, collected, outstanding and occupancy for each period. |
| Past tenants | Every move-out, with deposit, deductions, refund and balance due. |
| Receivables | Every arrears item, open or settled. |
Column headings follow the app's interface language. Older periods kept only on the device are included.

Backup and restore
Letnook syncs through your iCloud. Pro adds automatic iCloud Drive backups with 10 restore points; anyone can build a one-file backup and restore from it.
NextBill history
Every closed Letnook period leaves a sealed bill on each space. Open it from Recent activity, share it, and rely on it not changing when rents or tax change.
NextFree, Pro and the subscription
Letnook is free for up to 25 spaces. Pro adds unlimited spaces, versioned iCloud backups and Excel export, monthly or yearly; prices are shown in the App Store.
