Language versus market
The words you read and the money your site uses are different choices. Petak keeps them separate so an English interface can still bill in baht.
Language changes the interface
Petak ships English, Thai, Indonesian, Spanish, Arabic and Simplified Chinese interface strings. Change the language and the labels, dates and navigation re-render; the book's amounts do not change.
Market changes the money
The market controls currency, number formatting, calendar era and available payment rails. A Thai site can use English words while billing in baht on a Buddhist-era calendar.
