The floor plan and its colours

Petak starts with a map, not a list. Every spot has a place on the plan and a colour that tells you what needs attention.

A spot is a physical position on your site: a market stall, parking bay or storage cage. Give it a short code such as A-04 or P-17 and place it in the zone where you manage it.

What the colours mean

  • Paid means the current period has been settled.
  • Due means the spot has a bill ready and still needs collection.
  • Overdue means the due date has passed and money is still outstanding.
  • An unready spot has a missing input, so Petak does not invent a total for it.

Use the map for the round

Open the plan before walking the site. Start with due and overdue cells, open a spot to see the missing input or amount, then return to the plan as each payment is credited.
